Start a 3 random word generator challenge

Generate a batch and connect the three words through one character, place or event. For “chair,” “gather” and “bright,” you might describe friends gathering beside a bright window and an empty chair. The words do not need to appear next to one another. Write your own scene, then explain why each word belongs. Open Meaning first if a word is unfamiliar.

Three words for drawing or speaking

Draw three connected objects, tell a short story aloud, or write three sentences that share a setting. Use the noun filter and a familiar pack if you want recognizable drawing subjects. Set Avoid Earlier Words when preparing several batches, remembering that a narrow pool may eventually run out. Each batch contains distinct available words; if your filters leave fewer than three, broaden them rather than expecting repeated fillers.

Save a small list or change the challenge

Save your results to Collected Words and open the workspace to review the list. Print it, copy it, or add your own words before saving a deck. The three random word generator preset changes batch size, not spelling length. Choose the five-letter tool when the length of each word matters. Use Words to change the count whenever you want a larger or smaller challenge.

    Questions about this tool

Are these three words a generated sentence?

No. They are independent vocabulary prompts. You write the sentence or scene and choose the grammar.

Will a new draw repeat an earlier word?

It can unless Avoid Earlier Words is on. The current batch itself uses distinct words.
